Rental Rates:
Regular rate is $275.00 a night with a 3 night minimum. Holiday rates between Chistmas and New Years, 4th of July weekend and Presidents day weekend, rates are $325.00 a night.

  • Minimum stay: 3 Nights
  • Lodging tax: 8%
  • Other fees: No cleaning fee for 3 night minimum stay.

    Check-Out: 11 a.m.
    Cancellation Policy: No Refunds 30 days prior to arrival.
    Security Deposit: $300 deposit required if total booking is under $1000, $500 deposit required if total booking is over $1000. $1000 non-refundable deposit for monthly bookings.
