Property Description:

The beautiful villa has four bedrooms. One with breathtaking view on the magnificent red mountains and the Red Sea. Three bathrooms with shower and wc. kitchen fully equipped. Living room very big and comfartable with a view to the garden. There in the garden stand a very big table for all of the guest and a grill for BBQ party. The villa is only 1.5 km from Eilat (ETH)Airport, 0.5 km to the beach and 0.4 km to the Supermarket.

Rental Rates:

High Season Rate: From €2750-€3500 per week.The keys to the property are handed over between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival and must be handed back between 8am and 10am on the day of departure. Electricity bill by consumption.

Rates are based on an occupancy of: 6

Minimum stay: 7 Nights

Policies:

Check-In: 6 p.m.
Check-Out: 10 p.m.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit of 20% of the booking fee is required as confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No bookings are confirmed until deposit monies have been received and cleared. Making Payment: Payment can be made by cheque or by electronic bank transfer. Eight weeks before your arrival the balance of the booking fee is due. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance payment is not paid by the due date. Check-in time is after 6pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10am on day of departure.
Security Deposit: Security Deposit: At the same time as making the balance payment a security deposit of 1000 euro is due to cover any damage incurred to the Villa or its contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay by cheque provided no damage has been caused. Should any damage be found the security deposit will be used to rectify the problem and you may forfeit getting the deposit returned. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made up to four weeks before your arrival will incur the loss of 50% of all monies received. Cancellations with less than four weeks prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies received.
