If the cancellation is less than 60 days, I will then try and rent it for the same amount and refund your money you have paid but this will be dependent on me renting it back out and at what cost. You might want to buy travel insurance if you feel you might have to cancel at the last minute.

The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with public tennis courts 2 blocks away and many public golf courses to choose from. There are 2 adult bicycles to use while enjoying your getaway. This property has been newly furnished in October of 2005 including furniture, mattress, sheets, towels, kitchenware and we continue to update to keep the home fresh!
