The completely renovated farmhouse has all the amenities. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms: a master suite with bath and a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a twin bed, and a guest bedroom with two extra-long twin beds. The downstairs entertainment room also has two sofas that convert to twin beds. The house handles up to eight people.

Old Orchard Farm features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wood-burning stove and an eating area with views of the Green Mountains. The living room features a large wood beam, stone fireplace, card table and a large flat screen TV with full satellite reception. The downstairs entertainment center has bumper pool, darts, games, and a large TV.

There is also an upstairs office equipped with desk, sitting area and computer. There is wireless broadband Internet that covers the entire house – and out to the pool.

Old Orchard Farm is located near three ski areas (Bolton Valley, Sugarbush, and Mad River) for skiing, snowboarding and sliding during your winter vacation. In the spring you can learn about maple syrup production at our state-of-the-art sugaring facility. As a great summer getaway, you'll enjoy the 200-acre pastoral setting with a 1-acre pond. And of course, Old Orchard Farm is a spectacular location for watching the leaves turn in the fall.

Overlooking a magnificent stretch of the Green Mountain Range, Old Orchard Farm is blessed with natural beauty. You can sit on the front porch and take it all in or explore the nature trails that meander through both meadows and woods.
