This very unique 2nd row home in No. Forest Beach has been described as 'Casual Elegance' with a Key West flair! It is located near the beach access with the ocean only 50 yds. away! You will be within steps to the GREATEST BEACH in South Carolina! It's all about PRIVACY at this home...beautifully landscaped plants and fence surround the property making it a very secluded place, especially while enjoying the Heated Pool* and Spa. We offer FREE spa heat!!
This 'must see' home is absolutely charming with decorator furniture, new bathrooms, & a 'one of a kind' Master Bedroom suite w/king bed and studio. Upstairs includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two more bedrooms w/shared bath (one bedroom hosts a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds). A screened porch & large DECK overlook the pool & has a WIDE OCEAN VIEW.
The lower level hosts a kitchen w/eating area, living room, another screened porch & two bedrooms w/shared full bath (one bedroom w/queen bed and the other w/2 twin beds). The laundry/bathroom opens out to an added room that we call the 'treehouse' which hosts 2 twin beds, TV & A/C...perfect for teenagers or older kids. Enjoy a bit of Cape Cod in our outdoor/enclosed H/C shower. Near the pool is a large covered lanai w/picnic table and steps to your own SPA! Great for family reunions & get togethers.
