We are very excited to welcome you, your family and friends into our home. If you have any well-behaved four-legged family members, they are welcome as well.
Our home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Craigville beach. The home includes 3 bright bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twins), 2 bath (master bedroom has it is own bathroom), large living room, fully applianced kitchen, dining room, beautiful sun-room and a patio. Big back yard is completely fenced-in to provide maximum privacy.
We will provide a high quality bed linens and towels as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. For your convenience hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided. You also do not need to worry about toilet paper and paper towels.
High-speed internet connection is available to get in touch with your friends and family via e-mail, research your next day adventures or simply browse the internet.
When you drive to the beach you do not need to worry about parking, let us do that for you. There is a free beach-parking pass you can find in the house and use it for the duration of your stay. This pass is good for parking at any of the Town of Barnstable Beaches.
When you get tired from the sun and sand, swimming and fishing and all other exciting things you can do on the beach, you can easily get to the Hyannis center for some delicious food, cold ice cream, various entertainment and shopping. It is all less then 2 mile drive from our house.
The rental period is Saturday to Saturday during high season, shorter and longer rentals possible November - April.
Our house is a No Smoking house. Pets are welcome at an extra charge.

Policies:
Check-In: 4 p.m.
Check-Out: 10 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit in full. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the damage deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.
Security Deposit: There is a $300 fully refundable damage deposit.
Other Policies: § The property will not be occupied by more people than we have specified in this agreement.
§ Beach pass not left in the house upon departure will incur a full replacement fee ($250), which will be deducted from your security deposit.
§ Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
§ You will not allow dogs, cats, or other pets other than the pet specified in this agreement onto the property.
§ Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
§ Neither you nor your guests will use illegal drugs on the property.
§ You will take care not to play excessively loud music or otherwise create a nuisance to the neighbors.
§ The house will be clean when you arrive, and we request that you leave it in good order. You will notify us promptly of any damage or problems that arise.
§ Unless there’s an emergency, we will notify you 24 hours in advance prior to entering the property during your rental period.
