Cancellation Policy: Deposit can be refuned if we are able to re rent for the same days / time as booked.
Security Deposit: Long term residency will need to pay for last months rent at time of first months deposit. This can be applied to the last months rent.
Other Policies: Long term rentals will require the tenant to obtain cleaning services at a minimum of every two weeks at a cost of $60 to the tenant.
