Cancellation Policy: Trip Cancellation Insurance available. Cancellations are required in writing. Cancellations made 61 or more days prior to date of arrival, $45 booking fee and $150 cancellation fee is charged and the balance is refunded. If cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded less booking fee and cancellation fee. If cancelled 30 days or less 100% of total is non-refundable unless property is re-rented for the entire period. Vacation Protector Insurance is available.
Security Deposit: Waived with Property Damage Protection Insurance.
Other Policies: No smoking in all rentals. Pet friendly properties are indicated and require an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee.
