Security Deposit: In order to secure your dates of booking a refundable $200.00 security/damage deposit is required. Any cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit. After your departure your deposit will be returned to you subject to any damage or loss. Pets are welcome for and additional $50.00 refundable security deposit.

Property Description:

We have a number of rental units available both in town and in the country. This site will be focusing on the Executive and the Family Units. Contact me for info and additional pics on other units. The 1st apartment that we have available is nestled among 20 year old evergreens that tower 30 feet above you. This beautifully appointed apartment was decorated with the executive in mind. The 1000 square foot floor plan offers a queen-size bed in the master bedroom that is set aside from the living quarters by a pair of French Doors and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room that can be used if necessary. The beauty of nature is brought into this unit through the two sets of door walls adjacent to the covered porches. There is a Jacuzzi (SEASONAL) outside in a screened in area for your bug free enjoyment. If you plan on taking advantage of the hot tub, we suggest that you bring some beach towels.

One of our apartments is nestled among 20 year old evergreens that tower 30 feet above you. Another apartment has views from the deck of beautiful rolling hills and deer sightings are a common occurrence.
These Charlevoix apartments are centrally located between Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey. There are many different lakes and beaches to enjoy within a 30 minute drive. We are only minutes from the best downhill skiing in the Mid West. This is a beautiful world class resort area.
