This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment located in Wells, Me just a mile from Moody Beach and 2.5 from Wells Beach. The cottage is located within the quiet Beach Dreams gated community on Route 1. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twins that can easily be pushed together to create a king. There is also a nice living room/kitchen area with a queen pull-out couch. The living room has a large sliding glass door out to a covered porch. This is a great vacation rental for families who want to be close to the beach but also have privacy and other amenities not usually available with beach rental property. |
