Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Within two weeks of arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable; deposit is non-refundable after that.
Other Policies: Rates are based on seven nights. We have a minimum stay of four nights, which is pro-rated at $200 a night in off season and $300 a night in on season; plus an additional $100

New in 2006 Luna Vista is the first floor of a two-story private home at the midpoint of the island. It is just a short distance to the best beaches on St. John, such as Maho Bay and Trunk Bay (rated one of the world's top 10 beaches).
Luna Vista, at an elevation of approximately 1000 feet, faces east with magnificent "down island" views of the British Virgin Islands. The ever present tradewinds through the Sir Francis Drake Channel moderate the temperature to perfection.
There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living and dining room area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, there is a large covered porch and a splash pool with a small deck. |
