Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any given time however we will not refund the deposit for the rental but we can exchange it for another week which is more convenient for you based on availability.
Security Deposit: To reserve the dates, we require %50 deposit for the rental week as well as your *signed contract.A $250 security deposit is required upon check in via major credit card visa, master card.
Other Policies: ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER PERSON IS $9.95.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THIS RENTAL PROPERTY
SMOKING FINE OF $100 WILL BE APPLIED TO THE RENTAL COST.

We offer GREAT SERVICES and BEST QUALITY for the price.All of our customers have enjoyed their stay with us. This is better than the Clarion. You must see to believe it! Walk from the beach. It's great for you and your kids.
Our home is smoke free with a full kitchen, you will feel like you're right at home. No pets allowed. We have a 24 foot deck balcony overlooking the ocean you might want to have a Barbecue or just sit and eat outside while watching the great views of the city of Boston and the people swimming at the beach. We also have a High Speed Ferry leaving from Hull to Long Wharf Boston and it's about a 20 minute ride. |
