Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or Changes Policy: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations or changes affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less one night’s stay, unless we can rebook. If we rebook, we refund all of your deposit less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit will forfeit full payment, unless we can rebook. If we rebook then we will refund you payment less one night’s stay. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee.
Reservations are subject to cancellations if deposits are not received within 12 days of booking the unit(s).
