Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or early departures due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. A cancellation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation, transfer or change in reservation. If reservation is not cancelled prior to four (4) weeks before check in date, the deposit will be forfeited. Written notice is required for cancellation..
Security Deposit: Reservation Policy
Half the weekly rental rate is due within 5 business days of booking to hold the property. The damage deposit and the remaining balance are due within 30 days prior to your check in date.
