Calle Coin is good size three bedroom two bathroom detached villa with its own private pool situated in a quiet location which is about 20 minutes walk to the town and only 5 minutes walk down to the beach. There is a private off road parking space at the front of the villa. The large lounge is very light and airy with comfortable good quality furniture and has just had new uPVC patio doors fitted. The feature fireplace has a log effect electric fire and the T.V. receives satellite via cable, giving many English channels. There are two balconies leading from the lounge through full length French windows, overlooking the pool area. Another window gives a good view of the sea. Walk up 2 steps to the dining area which has dining table and chairs and another full length French window leading to another balcony with patio table and chairs.
