This converted barn provides superb accommodation with full size salt water swimming pool (13x7m) and large landscaped garden with outside lighting. There are a number of seating areas equipped with tables and chairs - terrace with vine covered frame - pool house offering shade and a barbecue area. The owner has decorated the house throughout with furnishings from her travels in Asia and her collection of modern paintings. ACCOMMODATION: Entry to the house is through a short hallway into the immense open plan living area, with cathedral ceiling and exposed beams, original stonework walls and tiled floors. Kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a professional cooking range with gas hobs and double electric oven. French windows lead from the living area to the garden and swimming pool; there is a separate door to the outside walled barbecue/dining area. Television and stereo system are available for your use. There is a very comfortable seating area with sofa and easy chairs around a huge fireplace. Dining table with seating for eight. A short staircase leads down from the living room to a shower room and WC with front loading washing machine. At ground level there are two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The other is a bed/sitting room opening on to the terrace it has a double bed and comfortable sofa. The third bedroom is up a short flight of steps to a mezzanine sitting room and twin bedded room. The master bedroom is up a small a separate flight of stairs, there is a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a huge tiled bath, separate shower wc and double basins. A sitting area on the adjacent balcony offers a view of the surrounding countryside. Terraces surround the property and provide shade from the sun, there is a full range of garden furniture including sun loungers around the pool. The large garden is planted with full size palm trees and flowering shrubs in the borders. Large areas of lawn. Secure off street parking on the property. Telephone accepts incoming calls; outgoing calls can be made with a calling card. The house is also equipped witjh broadband and wifi available in the mezzanine sitting area off the third bedroom.
