This is a recently updated fully furnished (including linens) townhome with large private patio located on Carpinteria Creek behind the popular Carpinteria State Park and Beach. Just a short walk to the sand, bluffs and park facilities. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Easy walk to dining and shopping. Singing Springs Village is where the townhome is located and provides a quiet retreat from the beach activity while providing easy access to the beach. Local transportation is available around town and to Santa Barbara. Carpinteria can provide you a memorable vacation established in 1769. Easy access from the Santa Barbara or Los Angeles airports via US 101. We normally rent from Saturday to Saturday especially in the summer. Contact the owner for additional details.

The townhome bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen sofa, bunk bed with full size down & twin up plus 2 high rise cots for lighter weight people. Santa Barabara is 10-15 mins. drive from Carpinteria and provides many of the ocean activities noted. There is also an aquarium and a zoo. The AMTRAC has regular service to and from Santa Barbara and provides a fun way to enjoy the day. There is plenty of public transportation at the station or it is an easy walk to all the attractions. There is one movie theater in Carpinteria but others available in Santa Barbara. There are two major grocery stores walking distance from the townhome as well as a Blockbuster video rental. Lots of little shops and antique stores in addition to places to eat. There is a quiet family atmosphere in Carpinteria. You can walk everywhere.
