This is a family rental. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, bath towels and sheets are there. Also a grill. Please wash and replace sheets and towels before you leave. Also please clean the grille and wash off the sand from bach chairs and coolers.
Basic light cleaning is included in condo rental, however if excessive cleaning is needed you will be charged a fee.
Rates are based on an occupancy of: 10
Minimum stay: 7 Nights
Other fees: basic, although excessive cleaning you will be charged.

Large Wildwood family rental, just steps to Wildwoods beach, boardwalk and piers. No Streets to cross. Three large bedrooms plus two full baths. Sleeps like a 4 bedroom. Everything you need for a perfect location. Each bedroom has at lease one queen bed. Walk right down Moreys pier to the water rather than dredge through all that sand. Two car garage plus parking pad, large furnished deck with grill, outside enclosed shower. Please take a look at our virtual tour. Family rental, no proms or spring breakers please. This nice condo is really nice, furnished for your enjoyment there is even an small refrigerator and additional coffe maker in the master bedroom. Over 200 DVD/VHS's for your enjoyment. Your family will really enjoy this condo, everything you need is there. Also available September-May for events with a 3 night min. |
