A large elegant villa, south facing with sun all day. Behind electric gates with video entry, parking for 6 cars. Superb private 12x4 metre heated infinity pool with poolside loungers, parasols, dining table and poolhouse with shower changing room and wc. There is a Barbecue area in the lovely garden. The villa is divided into two fully equipped separate apartments, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4. There are French doors leading to a large 70 sq.mtr sun-terrace with dining for 10 people and stunning views out to sea.
The Villa is located above the coast, perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to Monaco a little further to the Italian border. Nice is about 15 minutes and its than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice.

Comprises one Double room with Queen size bed and door onto sun terrace. Adjacent large marble tiled bathroom with bath/shower wc, bidet, hand basin etc. One Double room with twin Single beds and en-suite dressingroom and bathroom with toilet shower handbasin etc. Both bedrooms are south facing with sea view.
Spacious comfortable lounge and annexed dining area for six, with french door opening onto 70 sq.metre terrace with stunning sea views, sunloungers and dining for 10.
