Security Deposit: Will refund at time of check-out when keys, controls, and furnished apartment is returned by Lesse.
Other Policies: $50 cleanup fee will be deducted from Deposit at time of check-out. Lessee will abide by condo rules and regulations and conditions of Lease Agreement.
