Spacious 2 bedroom,1 bath condo overlooking Paugus Bay,Lake Winnipesaukee...We are about 1.5 miles from Weirs Beach and all of the Lakes Region amenities.....We are centrally located and a great vacation spot for the daytripping family, as we are about 1 hour from NH seacoast and coastal RT1 Maine and also about 1 hour drive to North Conway and the mountains of NH....The condo was built a little over 2 years ago and is newly furnished....Kitchen is galley style and has hardwood flooring and all stainless steel appliances....Living area is spacious and is a combination of dining area and livingroom area..digital/cable tv,gas fireplace,queen futon and central a/c...sliders to ground floor patio and grassy area to pull up a lawn chair, cook out or just relax and watch the boats go by on Paugus bay....large master with queen bed and lots of closet space and also sliders to patio....2nd bedroom sports single over double bunks and also available for extra sleeping a roll away bed /and or aero bed...large bath w/tub....laundry in the unit.....also inground pool,tennis court and clubhouse on property, daydocking....a nice home away from home.....come and bring the family or head out for an adult weekend away with friends....rent a boat for the day, jetski,bbq,go siteseeing,go outlet shopping or just lay back and soak up the sunshine....the things to do are endless.... |
