Cancellation Policy: In the event Guest cancels at any time prior to the Arrival Date, Owner shall retain all rental amounts paid prior to cancellation.
Security Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of half of the total is required to hold the reservation. The final payment of the other half (including 6% sales tax) will be applied to your credit card 30 days prior to the arrival date.
A hold/authorization-only security deposit of $500.00 USD by Credit Card is required at the time of check-in. The deposit, and any additional amount to cover theft and/or damages of home or contents, may be charged following check-out if deemed necessary. There will be no charge applied if premises are left intact, clean and undamaged.
