The house has a lovely view overlooking the fairway/green. The property has access to communal swimming pool within a 2 minute walk. There are local foodstores and bar/restaurants available within walking distance. At the Golf Club there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a nice evening at the Italian restaurant 'Casa Nostra' or at the English pub/restaurant 'Oliver's' just minutes away. You may also like to visit the Bonalba Spa with a great pool area! The 18-hole championship golf course is well-appreciated by all visitors and residents. The house is enclosed in a quiet and peaceful private community area with high security. The house is well-equipped for 6 people. Sit down and enjoy the sunset from the terrace in the lovely Spanish evenings!

Cancellation Policy: 20% non-returnable payment payable upon booking. Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of balance will be refunded. No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: Security & key deposit of €200 returnable within 21 days of departure from the property providing no damages or local charges have been made, normally in cash on departure date.
Other Policies: Checkin/-out is negotiable, depending on cleaning availability.
