Residence Sylva is in a smaller apartment resort consisting of only eight apartments. The resort has a very nice swimming pool and parking and is in quiet location around 900m from the centre of Lazise and Lake Garda, which is reached easily on foot along a quiet country road.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and is suitable for between two and four guests and consists of a living room with kitchen and a double sofabed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a terrace facing the pool and a garden at the rear of the apartment.
Please note that it is suitable for two adults or two adults and a third person. It is not suitable for two adults and two children. However we do know other owners in the area who have larger apartments so please contact us and we can pass on the details of their apartments if this would be of assistance.
It is near the beautiful walled town of Lazise on Lake Garda in Northern Italy. Lazise is an incredibly picturesque town on the South East shore of Lake Garda and is in an excellent location for a Lake Garda Holiday. Lazise itself has many,many restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops as well as some stunning lake views and sunsets. It is easily accessible from the nearby airports, which include Verona Catullo, Verona Brescia, Milan Bergamo and Venice Marco Polo.
Lazise can be easily accessed by road, but to visit other towns around the lake guests can take paddle steamers or ferries which traverse the lake to all of the other towns.
If you have children there is Gardaland theme park, Movie Studios Park, The Zoo and Aqua Paradise Park to visit as well as boat rental on the lake and many other interesting places to see and explore.
Verona, Milan and Venice are all within easily travelling distance for day's excursions.

Cancellation Policy: This is sent to each guest by the letting agent before making a booking. The letting agent will try to refund all of the deposit where possible, but this depends upon how late the property was cancelled.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is not normally take for family bookings, but may be taken for groups of young people staying unaccompanied.
Other Policies: There is an additional cost of 12 euros per person for rental of linen and towels. The price includes final cleaning.
All payments are made direct to the letting agent in Italy in euros.

There are two themeparks nearby, Movie Studios Park and Gardaland as well as an Aqua Paradise Park, a Zoo and a cable car to the top of Monte Baldo.
The main attraction though is the beauty of the area with a combination of wonderful Italian towns, the lake and the mountains.
