The house is decorated with Vermont and Maine handmade beds, Claire Murray hand-hooked area rugs, and handmade quilts. Downstairs is a front-to-back fireplaced livingroom, large kitchen, eating area with room for 12, and full bath. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a second full bath. There are hardwood floors throughout the house, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Walking to the beach allows carefree living, where everyone can come and go as they wish. Its a 5-minute walk to the Lambert's Cove Beach parking lot, a resident's only private beach with miles of untouched sand dunes. This beach has fine sand and silver dollar shells. Because it is open to West Tisbury residents and tenants only, it is never crowded. Sunsets on this beach are the best on the island. |
