Rental Rates:

November to end of May rates are $250.00 per day based on 2-4 guests plus $35.00 extra for 5th and 6th guests. Christmas to Mid January the rate is $350.00 per day based on 2-4 occupants with a $35.00 per person extra up to 6 total guests. June to end of October rates are $195.00 per day based on 2-4 guests with $35.00 extra for 5th and 6th guests.

Check-Out: 12 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if 30-90 days prior but full refund if rerented for same period. 30 days and less refund only if rerented for same time period.
Security Deposit: $500.00 USD security deposit holds property until 90 days prior to arrival when 50% is due. Balance due 30 prior to arrival.

Property Description:

This is an ecominded solar assisted three bedroom home in a safe, gated community, with 24/7 security. We offer all the ammenities you may be used to and more. Our pool is private and just out the front door, right next to a palm palapa designed to allow the cool ocean breezes to keep you shaded and cool. Long walks on the beach are only a few feet away.
The bedrooms are all super comfortable king size double pillow top mattesses, with egyptian cotton bedding, and are air conditioned if it is too hot to sleep. While we do encourage efficient use of man made power, we leave nothing to chance.
The living area has comfortable and stylish furniture. We have satellite television, with a full package of movie channels, a DVD player with a small library and stereo XM radio for entertainment.
Cooking in our gourmet kitchen with all necessary appliances is a breeze with a full compliment of spices etc.
All the bathrooms are luxurious and super clean. |

| sunsets that drop into the ocean. Turtle watch. (our beach is on the open ocean and is a turtle preserve where they nest at night). Whale, dolphin and fish watching right on the beach out front of the house. Incredible restaurants everywhere. |
