Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 45 days before rental due date, 80% refund of reservation deposit, 20% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation after rent is paid, forfeit all of rent & taxes, cleaning fee and reservation deposit. During stormy weather, no refunds unless all roads to Tahoe are completely closed for twelve (12) consecutive hours or more. Your reservation is valid for the remainder of the time. Security Deposit: Renter credit cards are used as a security deposit.

Four-story condominium about 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Unit can be rented out individually or together. The first floor is a 4-car garage and washer/dryer; second floor is three-bedroom, two-bath; third floor three-bedroom, one-bath; and fourth floor one-bedroom, one bath with loft. One private hot tub, 1 community hot tub & pool, pool table, and gas barbecue. The unit is directly across the street from the spectacular Stagecoach Ski Lift at Heavenly Valley Ski Area and down the street from the Boulder Lodge also at Heavenly Ski Area. Shuttles are available between unit and South Lake Tahoe & Casinos all day long. Beautiful area all year long. |

Reno/Tahoe International airport is approximately 1 1/4 hour from the condo. If you don't wish to drive, there is South Tahoe Express which offers bus service from the airport directly to downtown South Lake Tahoe where you can catch a cab up to the condo. There are also vans that will provide direct access to the unit. If you go to the Reno Airport website and to the transportation link, you can locate transportation that suits your needs.
There is a small grocery store just down the hill from the condo or you can call the delivery service to have items delivered directly to your front door! Aside from Stagecoach Lodge, there is also a great sports bar & pub down the street which serves excellent breakfasts and dinners, great beer on tap and several big screen t.v.'s for your sports entertainment.
Equipment rental is at Stagecoach Lodge across the street or there are also several places in South Lake Tahoe & Reno which offer equipment from beginner to expert. Lessons can be taken at Boulder Lodge and Heavenly Transportation will gladly drive you over to Boulder Lodge to take group or private lessons. Discounted lift tickets can be provided at the tenant's expense. Please inquire if you wish to purchase tickets.
Great hiking, biking, and camping in the summers and spectacular skiing in the winters. Edgewood Golf Course is ten minutes away. Several major hiking trails are directly across the street and accessible during the summer months. Gardnerville, Carson City, and Minden are about 20 minutes. The units are quiet and secluded at night. Ideal for vacationers and honeymooners, too! |
