Cancellation Policy: This lease terminates upon default of any payment. Cancellations that are made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than 120 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation/damage deposit. No payments will be returned to tenant in the event of any default or cancellation until the property has been re-rented with no loss to owner. If the unit is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit.
Security Deposit: A reservation/damage deposit of $500.00 plus one half of rental period is required. This must be received within 5 days of booking. The damage deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. Please make payments in the form of cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Daniel Rehrer 1430 Kriebel Mill Road Collegeville, Pa. 19426. The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided provisions are met.

This bright new condo on the fourth floor was built in 2005 with an excellent view of the ocean (only 1 -2 story building in front of condo). It is located at 408 E. Farragut, in Wildwood Crest, no streets to cross. This is a fourth floor unit in a quiet part of town near a park, convenient store and various restaurants. There is an elevator for your convenience .
This condo is 2 minutes (only 1 -2 story building in front of condo) from a large beach (boardwalk right down to the beach) with lifeguards and 15 blocks from the convention center and 15 blocks from Wildwood boardwalk which has 3 large amusement parks and a water park. The neighborhood also has miniature golf, family amusement center and arcades. Historic Cape May is only 4 miles and Stone Harbor is only 8 miles away. At both locations you can spend the day on the beach, shopping or dinning out. Only 5 blocks to a great sunset at a park overlooking lake.
This condo unit sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms & a powder room, 2 king size beds in rooms, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. TV with cable and DVD player, an outside deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Blankets and pillows are provided; bed and bath linens are not. There are 2 parking spots inside the building garage along with a 8x10 outside storage closet for each condo unit. |
