Ideally situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf Community, our 5 bed 3 bath villa is convenient for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The open plan lounge/dining room looks out on to the pool area and has two sofas and a coffee table, the dining table will comfortably seat 8 people.
There is a separate family room with doors leading to the pool, here there is a sofa, a sofa bed and coffee table, there is a full size tv with dvd player.
The kitchen is fully equiped with full size oven and hob, microwave, american fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher and waste disposal. From here you go through to the utility room where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer and in to the garage where you will find a full size table tennis table.
Outside the pool area is very private, with privacy hedging to both sides and a conservation area to the rear, there are sun loungers and table and chairs.
On the first floor is the master suite with king size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with separate wc, bath and shower, there is also a tv.
There is a further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and the family bathroom.
