    Security Deposit: $200.00 secuirty deposit at time of rental reservation. Will be refunded after inspection of unit within 30 days of check out.

    We are located on the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful East Coast of Central Florida. Close by golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral National Seashore. Close to shopping and fine dining. An hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios.

    Point East Condominium is a three story horseshoe builing on the non drive section of New Symrna beach. The complex has a large seasonal heated swimming pool and a kidie pool. The ocean is just a few steps away. Our unit is located on the third floor with a spectacular view of the ocean.
