Cancellation Policy: Your right to cancel: You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to signing the Lease Agreement. Once the Lease Agreement is signed and ratified, the lease may not be cancelled, and you must perform the financial obligations of the Lease Agreement. Prior to signing the Lease Agreement, the Reservation Deposit is fully refundable provided you cancel more than 90 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. Otherwise, the Reservation Deposit is forfeited.
Our right to cancel: Prior to ratifying the Lease Agreement, we may cancel a booking at any time for any reason, in which case all Deposits will be promptly refunded, regardless of when this occurs. We shall have no further obligations to you and you shall have no further obligations to us.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit must be remitted along with the signed Lease Agreement. Any Reservation Deposit previously paid should be applied to the Security Deposit.
Other Policies: The minimum Rental Period is one calendar month.
