Rental Rates:

From $450 per week
From $1350 per month
less then a week the nightly rate is from $65 but there is a $50 cleaning fee
The rate you pay depends on the size of home and the length of your stay as the longer you stay the cheaper it gets. Also rates do not alter for the seasons

Minimum stay: 5 Nights

Lodging tax: 12%

Other fees: $250 refundable damage deposit ($400 with pets)

Policies:

Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel your reservations, you will receive a full refund on your Reservation Deposit minus a $100.00 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the planned arrival date. If a cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to your arrival, your reservation deposit cannot be refunded unless we are able to rent the property for that period of time. In this case, we can return your entire reservation deposit minus the $100.00 cancellation fee.
Security Deposit: The security deposit should be paid before the time of guest check in. All refunds will be made within 21 days of depature
Other Policies: Reservation Deposit A Deposit of $100 is required to reserve our home. Payment may be made by personal or business check, Visa or Mastercard using paypal. Payment of Balance 50% of balance to be paid 60 days before arrival, remainder of rent plus the 12% sales tax to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
