Property Description:

Pool! Air Conditioning! (upstairs BRs). 8 minutes to Old Silver Beach (5.1 miles)! Great, very private back yard, large comfortable pool. 2 livingrooms, 5 bedrooms (one in basement with private bath). Lots to love, including a brand new kitchen, and a very friendly layout! Also, three full bathrooms, one on each floor (including one in the basement). There is also a gameroom in the finished basement, with a fooseball table, and a 'dome'less hockey game!
Ballymeade's back entrance is 1/4 mile away from the house.
WiFi available from June to Labor Day only.
GARAGE is not availble to tenants who rent before Memorial Day.
The Owner Says ..."The pool is so nice, you won't want to leave (even though Old Siver Beach is 8 minutes away)!"
