Upper level has queen bed, full kitchen, TV nook, dining room, kitchen, full bath, sun room/living room and screened porch. There are waterfront views from all rooms. Sit on the screened sun porch and watch the boats drift by while enjoying your meal, or a cool drink. Sunsets are spectacular! Our home is within easy walking distance of groceries, shoppes, and beaches.
Lower level studio apartment has twin built in beds, full kitchen, bath and living area. Cozy and comfortable, this apartment also has it's own screened porch, rented either together for a two bedroom unit, or separately for complete privacy, this island get a way is perfect for four adults. |
