Cancellation Policy: If we are able to rebook Casa Rosa for the exact same dates and at the very same rate, we will be happy to issue a refund of the initial 50% deposit or any remaining balance. Please be aware that there will be a $150.00 charge levied for refunds on any seasonal rental and a $300.00 fee for refunds of holiday rentals.
Security Deposit: Casa Rosa requires a $300.00 refundable security deposit charge against possible damages. Pending satisfactory check-out inspection by our local property manager, security deposit is refunded within three weeks of departure (minus any charges for damages sustained).
Other Policies: Casa Rosa is a non-smoking villa. Smoking outdoors only please.

The owners of this terrific Cozumel Villa have recently completed major renovations to Casa Rosa. An old friend is back on the rental market with a clean, updated look! You’ll love the fabulous new additions and just wait 'till you see the great new backyard!!
Casa Rosa has recently returned to the rental market after a short absence. For those who have been guests of this great villa in the past, you won’t believe your eyes. Divers will no doubt enjoy the new backyard amenities including the rinse tank and scuba equipment storage lockers. Everyone will delight in the gas grill complete with prep area and outdoor sink, new sun and shade lounge areas with a convenient outside fridge for cold drinks, and the fantastic tiled pool complete with rock waterfall. Quick, pull up a lounge chair and grab some rays in your own private refuge. You will have a tough time pulling yourself away from this little Garden of Eden!
The brand new sleek, contemporary kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need to prepare either a sit down meal or a quick snack. The dining room easily provides seating for eight and adjoins both the kitchen and the living room. Round up the group and play a rousing game of cards around the table or find a quiet little niche and watch a movie. You’ll have lots of space to stretch out and create your very own special Cozumel memories.
Casa Rosa will easily house a party of up to nine. Spacious sleeping accommodations can be found throughout the villa. You’ll find two doubles in the first bedroom, complete with en suite bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom houses two twins. A full bath can be found just off of the second and third bedrooms. There is even a futon in the living room for the ninth person in your party. Of course, all of the bedrooms and living spaces in the villa are comfortably cooled by fans and individual remote controlled air conditioners.
