Cancellation Policy: To book an accommodation you will have to contact us first
(by Telephone, Fax or E-mail) to confirm the exact dates with us.
Then you will have to fill in the Booking Form and post, mail or fax it to us.
Remember to enclose a copy of the receipt on the bank transfer of the Booking deposit (which is 50% of the total rent).Please, note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours; they are not included in the rent. The balance is paid in cash Euro at arrival. Credit cards (VISA and Mastercard) are also accepted. Please, enclose a copy of the Bank Transfer of the booking deposit with the Booking Form.
When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a
welcome letter with some more useful information.
If you cancel your booking, not later than 21 days before arrival date, we will keep only 50 Euro and send back the remaining of the booking deposit to you. If you cancel your booking less than 21 days before arrival date we will keep all the booking deposit, 50% of total rent, unless we can find someone else to rent the accommodation, in that case we will send back as much as possible of the remaining deposit.
If you cancel your booking at arrival date or later, you will have to pay the total rent anyway.

Property Description:

Daphnes villas are found within the boundaries of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, just above Porto Roma Beach on the Vassilikos peninsula.
They are set in a large olive grove away from the road. A beautiful garden with lots of flowers surrounds the buildings emphasizing the over all atmosphere of peace and quiet.
The buildings are designed in the traditional Zakynthian country style with exposed beams, large private verandahs and tiled roofs. All accommodations have air condition.
The villa has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6-7 people, it has a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There are also two verandahs, the one with the main entrance is facing west and the other one is facing north.
Each bedroom sleeps 3 and has enough space for an extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower in each bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area which seats 6-8 people.
The verandahs have dining table which seats 8 as well as two coffee tables. There are also two sunbeds and a hammock to put up in the shade under the olive trees or on the verandah.
There are fans and a/c without extra cost.
There is a playground for the children and lots of space in the garden to put up your hammock, play boule or to move out the dinner table from the veranda for a lunch in the shade of an olive tree.
The BBQ is a natural meeting point and the reception is under the big parasol. There is a parking for the vehicles and out door shower as well.
A hundred metres (or a 3 minute walk) down the road you will find the lovely quiet Porto Roma beach in Vasilikos. Within 100-300 metres from Daphnes, up the little road, there is a mini market, three taverns, one coffee bar, car rental and also a small hotel with a swimming pool open for all.
A path leads you through the olive groove to Gerakas (Turtle beach). The green hills of Vasilikos with beautiful macchia and pine forest are just above the turtle beach with easy paths to follow.
Our season starts in the middle of May and ends in October. The temperature here in Zakynthos ranges between 20-35 degrees and the water temperature between 18-30 degrees. |
