Property Description:

Recently renovated two bedroom cape with large deck on four acres on Blue Hill Bay. Located just 15 miles from historic Blue Hill, 40 miles from Acadia National Park and 5 miles from The Wooden Boat School, it is just a short walk to your beach with views of the mountains of Acadia and Blue Hill and the islands of Blue Hill Bay.
The first floor has a combined living room,kitchen and dining area with a wood burning stove and sliding doors opening onto a spacious 16' x 35' deck overlooking the bay. A full bath (with tub) is also located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full and one twin size bed. There is a full basement with washer and dryer and an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold running water.
Enjoy world class sailing and boating, beach, fishing, art galleries and antiquing. Visit Acadia National Park, Wooden Boat School and Magazine and the quaint costal villages of Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Stonington, Castine and Camden. |
