Cancellation Policy: Full refund with more than 90 days. 50% refund with 60 days notice. No refund with less than 60 days unless we re-rent the house. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made. There are no refunds for Christmas or New Years weeks regardless of notice period
Security Deposit: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance, plus $250.00 security deposit, due 60 days prior to arrival.
