Affordable, 3 bedroom, 3 bath (sleeps up to 9). Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress and ¾ bath, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress, full bath in upstairs hall has a new Jacuzzi tub, bedroom #3 has a new single bed with cable tv & built in dvd/vcr player plus a loveseat with a hide a bed. Porta crib and high chair available upon request.

The main floor of the house includes a formal living room with a large sectional sofa and gas fireplace opening into a dining room with six comfortable chairs. The kitchen is complete with beautiful granite countertops and all appliances to make your home away from home as pleasant as possible. There is a main floor tv room adjoining the kitchen complete with a big screen TV (cable included), vcr/dvd player and stereo with cd player. The new sofa has a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a ¾ bath on the main floor with a separate laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
Additionally there is a main floor office complete with computer and high speed internet access and a printer. There is a separate fax machine. We have an internet vonage phone line for free unlimited long distance calling within the US.

Included is a double car garage attached to the house. There is a courtyard with a patio table and chairs in the front as well as an additional patio with table and chairs in the back complete with a gas barbeque grill for your convenience.
Bonus room downstairs is a home gym with a variety of workout equipment as well as a library of work out videos to play in the small cable tv located in the gym.
