Off the beaten track, this charming tropical Atlantic Ocean beach front, 2-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located in a small fishing village in the Dominican Republic. Boating, fishing, snorkeling, and swimming, canoeing await you.
Second floor: mahogany floors; all doors and windows mahogany wood; 2 oceanfront bedrooms; view on the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom is 40 m2 (430 square feet). There are king-size beds and bathrooms attached.
First Floor: Living room oceanfront with ceiling fans; high ceiling (3.35m or 10 feet); antique mahogany set.
Beach front kitchen opens onto the terrace. One bedroom is 20 m2(215 square feet) with twin beds with bathroom attached.
There's also an outside beach shower, 110 volt electricity 24 hours , and water: 2000 Gallons (7500L)tank guaranteed per week.
