Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage charges will be assesed of the total rental fee: Up to 90 days prior to the arrival date - 20% penalty. Between 60 and 90 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty. Less than 60 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty.
Security Deposit: $300.00 damage deposit. The deposit is refunded within 5 days of your departure provided no damages, missing items or smoking is done at the villa. Damage Deposit will also be withheld if at any time more than 6 persons occupy the villa.

The villa is very large (1,300 sq ft) and has a bedroom with a king-size bed, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with two queen sofa beds, family/ TV room with a queen futon, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, and a porch. It has new furniture and equipment. The villa has great views and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Here, along the palm-lined beach, guests enjoy privacy and seclusion as well as privileges at The Westin Rio Mar Beach's 11 restaurants, lounges, and entertainment venues, 36 holes of championship golf, the thrilling Rio Mar Casino, the brand new Mandara Spa, padi diving, great watersports, and the very fund Westin Kid's Club. |
