This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century Palazzo, its windows are directed on a private terrace of 20 square meters equipped with table, benches and exotic plants.
This apartment is very quiet and bright, confortable, modernly equipped and extremely charming with its four poster bed and the view on the terrace. The floor is covered by wood parquet. The kitchen is equipped with a small table and chairs, a modern hallogen stove, a regular size fridge, a microwave/grill and of course dishes, glasses, pots.... everything you need for a short stay.
This apartment offers: heating, airconditionning, satellite tv on a flat screen and there is also a washing machine in the kitchen. |

This property is located 100 meters from the entrance of the little park which faces the Colosseum.The walking distance from the Roman Ruins sites such as Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Fori Imperiali, Caracalla, Circo Massimo is from 5 to 15 minutes maximum.
The famous basilics of San Pietro in Vincoli, San Clemente, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni are also located in this area.
To reach the city center (Spanish steps) or the Vatican is easy because the metro station is 500 meters far as well a bus stop on the via Merulana.
There are plenty of food stores, restaurants, pizzerias,wine bars and all type of shops just next door in Via Poliziano and in the main street of Via Merulana. |
