Luxurious villa in a private beach community with tropical gardens, private pool, and observation deck that looks out onto the 3 1/2 miles of white sandy beach that National Geographic rates 'one of the 10 best beach in the world'. Swim, snorkel or scuba dive in pristine beautiful water with colorful coral reefs among tropical fish, dolphins and starfish. Sample the local cuisine of fresh fish, lobster, conch fritters and johnny cake. Play golf on the 18-hole championship course. Enjoy world class deep sea fishing, boating, sailing, water skiing, and out-island trips. The villa, completely renovated in 2006, includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living and dinning areas and gourmet kitchen. Cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans, tile floors, central air conditioning and garden patios create a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. There is a king-size bed, two twin beds, and queen sleeper sofa.
