Cancellation Policy: If the rental booking is cancelled more than 56 days prior to arrival only the deposit will be lost. If the rental booking is cancelled less than 56 days prior to arrival the total rental booking cost will be lost.
Security Deposit: The amount will only be charged if there are damages. The amounts are 2-4 people: $1000.00. 5-8 people: $2000.00. 9-10 people: $3000.00. It can be paid in US cash or US travelers Checks on arrival and it'll be returned upon departure. Or using Paypal.com. If paid this way it'll be refunded after the departure no later than 72 hours.

Included in All Rentals: King/Queen beds, en-suite bathroom, double Jacuzzi baths, with separate shower cubicles, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, A/C throughout, mood lighting, 50/60' TV, satellites, DVD/CD players, leather sofas, security safes and an 8-seater dining table. The Villa boasts glass fronted bow shaped floor to ceiling windows in the living room, open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen.
There is an oversized private pool, look-out tower, outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and a Gazebo in a landscaped garden all in complete seclusion! The villa is only 250ft away from the beach and only 0.5 miles away from the main town-George Town. Wireless high speed DSL Internet (an additional fee). Full use of on/off-site amenities.
