Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 60 days before arrival will receive an 80% refund. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival shall be subject to full rental charges unless for any of the days of the cancelled period the property is re-rented. In that case a 70% refund will be given for those days.
Security Deposit: $500 security deposit refunded within 14 days of departure, less any damages if applicable.
Other Policies: No Smoking, No Pets. Only registered guests are allowed to use the common facilities of the condominium. Guests agree to follow all rules of the condominium and not disturb the neighbors.

| We love this part of Puerto Vallarta where the cobbled streets and natural beach are alive with people having a great time all day and into the night. Here you can swim in the magnificent Selva Romantica pool; play in the sand at the beach; go parasailing; fish from the pier; go to sunset cocktail hour and then have a terrific inexpensive dinner in bare feet on the beach; arrange a canopy tour in a rain forest; dine at an upscale restaurant; watch the whales breeching on the Bay; have Peking duck made by a Beijing chef; buy handcrafted silver jewelry; listen to live music; see a pirate ship's fireworks display; take a water taxi to a nature reserve; be serenaded by a mariachi band of small boys; take a taxi for a few dollars or the public bus for 4-5 pesos (about 40 cents) to explore the other side of town; in the evening buy fresh tamales for tomorrow's breakfast from a street vendor; or browse the art and artisan shops. Or maybe you'd like to stroll down the beach to the Malecon to take in the sites downtown--the Church of Guadalupe or the free night time live performances at the Main Plaza.
