Cancellation Policy: A). 30 days prior to the Term Agreement, Rental monies and the Security Deposit paid will be refunded. B). Less than 30 days prior to the Term Agreement, Rental monies and ½, (one half), the Security Deposit will be refunded. C). During the Term Agreement, only ½, (one half), of the remaining Rental monies for 30 days will be refunded. Further paid months will be completely refunded and no portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded.
Security Deposit: Security deposit $200, refundable - for no damage.

| G3 is located 3 miles south of Blackshear on the Lakeview Golf Course. Nearby is Laura Walker State Park with hiking and golf. 20 minutes away is North America's largest swamp the Okefenokee! There are many guided tours, train and boat rides. Outfitters are available with over 120 miles of canoeing alone in this 700 sq mile nature preserve! In the summertime enjoy U-pick Georgia produce at 18 farm stands. Approx 50 miles to the east (about 1 hour) is the Atlantic Ocean with all the romantic Sea Islands of Georgia. Jekyll Island- with a water park and the historic museums of the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts and the creation of the US Mint. Sea Island, St. Simons Island, Cumberland Island -has a ferry with the church JFK Jr was married in. Amelia Island in Florida~more great golf, Tybee Island in southern and quaint Savannah, Georgia.
